1. About these Terms

Australia Info Port (auinfostar.com, "the Platform") is operated by Shan Quantum Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 27 687 853 130). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account (in line with the social media minimum age under Australia's Online Safety Act). Members aged 16 and 17 get extra protections: they can't use or appear in Dating, can only exchange private messages with mutual followers, and their profiles don't show their age, with IP location shown at country level only. For renting, buying and selling, jobs or anything involving an agreement or meeting in person, under-18s should involve a parent or guardian. We will deactivate any accounts we find belonging to under-16s.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the text, images and comments you post. You confirm you have the right to post them and grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute them on the Platform. You can delete your posts and comments at any time.

4. What is not allowed

Do not post: illegal content; sexual content or anything inappropriate involving minors; harassment, threats or hate speech; scams, fake listings or pyramid schemes; content that infringes copyright, trade marks or privacy (including other people's photos or personal details without consent); spam. Do not use bots to register or post.

5. Reporting and moderation

Anyone can report a post or comment using the "Report" button, or by emailing support@shantechsolutions.com. Content reported by several users is hidden automatically until a person reviews it. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

Posts are made by users and do not represent the Platform's views. For rentals, jobs, marketplace deals and other offline dealings, verify the other party yourself and watch out for scams. We do not guarantee that user content or third-party information is true, accurate or complete; guides, news, calculators and similar information are general information only and are not financial, tax, migration, legal, medical or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for user content or dealings between users; this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 7. Your account

Keep your password safe. You can delete your account at any time under Me → Settings → Delete account in the App or on the website. For password resets or other account questions, email support@shantechsolutions.com.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will flag significant changes on the site. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
